Should I select a size bigger if I want to wear it comfortably? No, all bracelets made will have an ≈0.5CM extra to fit your wrist comfortably. So, rest assured to choose your right size based on our sizing guide here.
I could not find where to customise my own bracelet. For now, our bracelet customisation page has been taken down for further development. You can contact us personally here for the customising service and to see your sample bracelet.
How do I claim the warranty if my bracelet is broken? Have a look at our Lifetime Warranty terms and if the bracelet meets the criteria, you may contact us for further arrangement of fixing your bracelet/ replacing a new bracelet.
When will I receive my item after I have made my order? If you have made your order via our website and had already made full payment, ensure that your order will be sent out within a week (Unless stated otherwise). Our customer service will prepare your order and update you a tracking code based on the number you have provided in your order.
